These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JF Champions Roofing & Remodeling website, contact form, SMS and WhatsApp messaging, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Estimates and service

Estimates provided by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email are preliminary and subject to on-site inspection. A written proposal and signed agreement govern any actual roofing, remodeling, or related work we perform. Nothing on this website is a binding offer to contract.

SMS and WhatsApp program terms

Program description. By submitting your phone number through our contact form, replying to a message from us, or messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to receive conversational text and WhatsApp messages from JF Champions Roofing & Remodeling regarding your estimate, quote, scheduling, project updates, and customer service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project and how often you contact us. A typical customer receives between 2 and 15 messages per project.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge a fee for sending or receiving messages.

Opt out. You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and will not send further SMS, except in response to your own messages. For WhatsApp, reply STOP or block our number.

Help. Reply HELP to any text for support, or call us at (281) 688-5740.

Supported carriers. Our messaging works on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates and resellers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Website use

The website is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but do not warrant it. You may not use the website to violate law, infringe intellectual property, or disrupt the site's operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JF Champions Roofing & Remodeling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or messaging services. Our liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in connection with the matter.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
